  • For those who may feel overwhelmed by clutter or have items that seem to never have a place. We will help you organize every drawer, cabinet, closet, and shelf using pro-tips as well as labeling and carefully chosen compartments.

  • We use a powerful, professional dry/wet vacuum and a gentle solution to pull out years of dirt, dust, grease, and stains from couches, ottomans, and chairs.

Service Agreement

Zen Den Cleaning LLC

Payments

  • All jobs are quoted individually after an in-person or virtual assessment of the property.

  • Quotes are based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home and are subject to change at any given time.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Late payments beyond 24 hours may incur a $25 late fee.

Cancellations Policy

  • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the quoted price.

  • No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the quoted price.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.

Access to Property

  • Client agrees to provide Cleaner access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If the Cleaner cannot access the property due to locked doors, alarms, or other barriers, it will be treated as a no-show.

Liability and Property Damage

  • Cleaner takes great care while cleaning and handling property. However, the Cleaner is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, unsecured items, or damage due to improper installation of fixtures. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Health and Safety Policy

  • Cleaner reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions (including infestations, mold, or biohazards)

  • Cleaner must be notified of any pets residing in home prior to scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of service and a 100% charge of the quoted price.

  • Pets must be contained during service if owner is not home. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of service and a 100% charge of the quoted price.

Satisfaction and Refund Policies

  • We do not offer full refunds.

  • If unsatisfied with a particular area after service, contact us within 24 hours in order to receive area(s) to be redone free of charge.
